Sorry I've been away a few days guys. I needed to take a break to focus on some things and get some web issues in order.
I'm not sure how many of you have visited my online portfolio before. It is (was) in my User Profile. However, the issues I've been having with Geocities are just getting too much to handle. Aside from pitifully low bandwidth, their upload process is limited to 20 files at a time (which also eats up bandwidth) and they have added these side frames to their sites that are just the most ridiculously annoying thing I've ever encountered. They used to have this tiny little add layer that appeared in the top corner. Now they've changed it into a retractable side frame that's about 200 pixels long, and takes so long load that even on broadband I've had to CTRL+ALT+Delete the window just to get it to unstick. And aside from all that, I ran out of space for new art work about two years ago, so it was time for something different.
My wedding website was also hosted at Geocities, and quite frankly, I don't think any of my family members have seen it because it keeps crashing every time I add a picture. So was that due for a move as well.
Considering I've had the Eon Press Presentsâ„¢ domain since before my daughter was born, and since I've been paying for this webspace since before my daughter was born, I figured it was time for a little centralization.
For the time being my online portfolio and my wedding website have been combined and placed as the main feature on www.eonpresspresents.comâ„¢.
Please, if you have a little time, take a look at my new site. I've spent hours trying to perfect the interface I've created and I think I've finally come up with something fluid.
I also need your assistance to check the bandwidth on my domain. I don't pay a lot, but based on the images I've hot linked form there, it seems to have been able to handle it well enough. Now is time for a true test. Click around, check the links. I've endeavored to make even the most mundane items interesting.
If you've seen my old Geocities site, then you'll see a lot of the same stuff with a fair amount of new content added. There is something there for my Yu-Gi-Oh friends as well if you want to take a look.
Also note that I will make a concerted effort to make updates to the main page, even if it's only a progress report on the upcoming online comics that will be the focus of Eon Press Presentsâ„¢.
I hope you enjoy this website, a great deal of my heart an soul went into its production.
Disclaimer: Not everything in my galleries may be age appropriate. Nothing pornographic or gratuitously violent, but some of my art has thematic elements that some may or may not find objectionable. Please bear that in mind when visiting. In short, you've been warned.
