Yata vs. Decking out

ANOTHER QUESTION...excuse the caps

Since I just started a thread, i might as well add to it..

What is the UDE policy on asking for sidedecking? Like if opponent asks me if I sidedecked what information should I tell the person, i.e. - number of cards, etc.?

As of late I'm seeing a trend toward players taking their entire side deck and shuffling it into their main deck between rounds and then pulling out 15 cards. In this way their opponent has no idea how many cards they've side decked. It's perfectly legal and not all too bad an idea as long as you protect yourself by making sure you indeed DO have 15 cards in your side deck and know what your side deck is to consist of after the match is done.
Personally, I always count out my side deck openly in front of my opponent as a way of protecting myself. It's quite easy when side decking 6 or 7 cards to forget get mixed up.

I used to hand the side-deck to my opponent to count but every time they'd flip it over and have a look at the cards while they were counting them! Now I'm not foolish enough to trust them and instead just count the cards out in front of them.
