But to answer your question, it is perfectly fine for you to double sleeve your fusion deck, since unlike the main deck, you never need to shuffle it or draw random card from it. For pretty much the same reason you dont need to use the same sleeves as your regular deck with it either.

But the thing is, you never really "select" a card with Diamond Dude, you place the card in the graveyard or the bottom of the deck depending on its type, but the effect is all Diamond Dude. It may look at a card to reference, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't count as targeting. Similar to how...
