First, you can't use Tribe's effect while skill drain is on the field. Since Tribe will be face-up on the field at the resolution of its effect, it would have its effect negated (unless you call AQUA as a monster type) :wink: Now that I've said that.... Inspection says pay 500 points to look...

So how does this effect such cards as "Blindly Loyal Goblin", "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV4", "Mataza the Zapper", "Spirit Reaper", and others?
