Ok, one other point to look at. Does Dogma need to be on the field to get that effect or is it a "game-state" mechanic that it lingers until the event to "resolve" that part of the effect? In other words, if Dogma got BTH'd, would the LP slice still happen? He was Special Summoned correctly...
