Enemy Controller can be chained from your hand when Frog is summoned. Give up the frog to take your opponent's monster, and, since you're still in standby, Frog comes back again.

Correct. Send does not equal destroy.

But again, it wasn't destroyed by being sent to the Graveyard from Magical Merchant's effect. Something like Abyssal Designator, Vampire Lord's effect, etc. would destroy it while in the deck. But again, sending via Merchant's effect doesn't destroy.

Well said, man. I wasn't overly impressed by anything seen here either, save for "Blazewing Butterfly" and "Il Blud." In fact, I find myself yawning at this set overall. And this new mechanic is supposed to create excitement?
