With Silent Swordsman LV3, would it be affected by a card like dark hole or any card that would say "monsters on your opponents side of the field" or "select one of your opponents monsters".And would this also applie to SSLV5 too? Also i just read the ruling for Dimension Fusion and i saw Dimension Fusion can Special Summon XYZ-Dragon Cannon if it was Special Summoned properly first. Is this correct i though XYZ was a nomi monster? I would love some clarity on this 'cause i use XYZ and if it can be brought back ths way that will be very handy! Thanks!

Examples that will be effective against Silent Swordsman LV3 would be Spell effects of Raigeki, Dark Hole, Smashing Ground, Fissure, etc. These effects do not designate targets.

Examples that would be negated by Silent Swordsman LV3 are spell effects of Change of Heart, Snatch Steal, Tribute to The Doomed, etc.

For XYZ-Dragon Cannon, they have never been "Nomi" monsters, the ruling state that they cannot be Special Summoned from the "graveyard" for these monsters are not properly "fusion" Special Summoned. The RemovedFromPlay pile is another story... so XYZ-Dragon Cannon can be Special Summoned while RFP.

I believe so, XYZ-Dragon Cannon, XY-Dragon Cannon, XZ-Tank Cannon, and YZ-Tank Dragon similar along the lines, so I would say yes.

Sorry for the double post again but with SSLV5 can it be brought back with Premature Burial or Monster Reborn since its uneffected? And what about if your opponent played Exchange, could he/she do that, does SSLV5 effect work even though its in my hand?

Effects such as Silent Swordsman Lv5 have no effect while in the hand.

Yes, you can Special Summon Silent Swordsman Lv5 with Premature Burial and Monster Reborn. Remember that it is only unaffected by your "opponent's" Spell effects, so if Premature Burial is destroyed, Silent Swordsman Lv5 effect cannot prevent that, it has nothing to do with it.

No. He will be destroyed by your "Premature Burial" because "Premature Burial" is your Spell Card, so he IS affected by it, as Strike Ninja had stated.

XYZ will get more use when Cyber Revolution comes out. Especially on the "summoned from RFP" condition with the new fusion involving XYZ as a fusion material. (See avatar VWXYZ)
