About activating Waboku in the opponent's Standby Phase.

When exactly am I activating it if it's the only thing to occur in the Standby Phase? Is it during the Phase or in response to the end of it (or the beginning if that works, as well)?

You just activate it. You can activate it in the "Draw Phase" if you want. If you want to activate it before their "Main Phase 1", just say, "Before you enter your main phase, activate 'Waboku'". That's it
