About Collected Power

If a monster is equipped with United We Stand, and lets just say that monster has 5600 ATK points. If my opponents attacks my 1500 ATK monster, and I activated Collected Power in the Battle Step, will I get the 5600 ATK added (7100 ATK) to the original attack of the 1500 to my monster by Collected Power's effect? How does this work?

The sum of all the ATK value of the Equip Cards equipped to your monster will be added to the 1500.

So let's say your opponent has a Lava Golem equipped with Axe of Despair, and you activated Collected Power to your 1500 monster, your monster will now have 2500.

Um...How does "United We Stand" give you multiples of 1000? It gives you multiples of 800.

[edit]Nevermind.....you said "Axe of Despair".

I hate it when people change the cards being used in scenarios....lol.

"Collected Power" (one of my favorite cards) simply equips all active Equip Cards (Spell, Trap, or monster) to the selected monster. The selected monster gets all the benefits of the Equip Cards unless that monster is an incorrect target (ie your "Snatch Steal" on a monster on your side of the field). If it's an incorrect target, the Equip Card is destroyed. It works great with everyone's favorite Equip Spell Cards, "Premature Burial" and "Snatch Steal". Chain it to "Premature Burial" and target some other monster on the field and watch as no monster is Special Summoned! I love that card.

Lol, I was just making a more simple scenario, given that the first example was a bit unclear =)
