Testament of the Arcane Lords

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card must be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 Spellcaster-Type monsters on your side of the field. If this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly and makes them 0, the controller of this card wins the Match.

Armament of the Lethal Lords
Effect Monster (Warrior / DARK / 8 Stars / ATK 2500 / DEF 2500)
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card must be Tribute Summoned by Tributing 3 Warrior-Type monsters on your side of the field. If this card attacks your opponent's Life Points directly and makes them 0, the controller of this card wins the Match.
 
It should be mentioned that both of those cards are not tournament legal. They contain the legal disclaimer where the card game code usually is. (like the reprinted God Cards)
 
What's V Dragon's attack? If it isn't very high(like the two "lord" cards) that could explain it. dunno, just shootin from the hip. :shrug:
 
Can't you just activate just Venus's effect WITHOUT actually having shine-ball in hand or deck? I mean, you can just pay "meaninglessly" and just do it to drop your LP down for Reversal Quiz. I think that was he was going for from the sound of it.
 
<ahem> Ruling #5: You cannot activate "The Agent of Creation - Venus"' effect if there are no "Mystical Shine Balls" in your hand or Deck. ;)
