Another Light Hex + Cyber Fusion Summon question

Don't worry, I KNOW you can special summon Cyber Fusions so that's NOT my question.

But I'm asking about another part of the text of the The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion.

It says

Tribute Fusion Material Monsters on the field, including this card, to Special Summon 1 LIGHT Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck.

That's my question.

It says, "on the FIELD" and that's it. Nothing about on YOUR side of the field restrictions.

So say your foe have his Cyber Dragon on HIS side of the field. (Which is real common these days as everybody is running Cyber Dragons) Can I normal summon my Light HEX from my hand, and then activate his HEX 2nd effect to tribute both my Light HEX AND my foe's Cyber Dragon on HIS side of the field to special summon Cyber Twin Dragon on my side of the field?

If this is legal... this will be the silliest thing ever! (And Cyber Fusion decks have gotten slightly more powerful.)

The ability to tribute something that you do not control is a privlege, not a right.

In other words, the lack of the words "your side" do not open up a legal loophole for something you need special permission to do. If you don't control the monster or you do not have special permission from an effect to tribute monsters your opponents control, then you don't have "the right" to do so.

Darn, well. I thought it was too silly. Card text error I guess.

Well, at least I can always steal my foe's Cyber Dragon with Snatch/Brain to use for Light HEX or Power Bond. (Since I control it, then it's fine.)
