Are the Trading Binders out of print?

I went to a comic store that I found a small black Trading Binder at a few months ago so I could get two more, and the lady said they don't sell them anymore because they were no longer being made.

Are they out of print or was she just incorrect?
 
I would say that the particular one you are looking for is no longer being made under the style you want.

There are still small binders out there and I have seen them, so you just have to look elsewhere.
