I know Premature Burial and Call of the Haunted target a monster in the grave yard.
But what else can Big Burn be use on?
Have problems finding out. There got to be more then those 2.

Could you use it against Pot of Averice?

I know it says (a monster) but I really don't see why not. even know Pot (target 5 monsters).

Well, the text would imply "Big Burn" is limited to stopping those effects that target 1 monster in the Graveyard; however, the rulings seem to indicate it can be used against effects that target multiple monsters in the Graveyard.

Big Burn can be used against Pot of Avarice. Pot targets the 5 monsters (ruling 1 of Pot).

"A" is the indefinite article, it does not mean "one."

Any amount>=1 is implied by "a."

From what I found that you can't.

"¢ You can only activate "Big Burn" when an EFFECT that removes monsters in the Graveyard is activated. So you can't activate "Big Burn" when a player removes monsters in the Graveyard as a COST to Special Summon "Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning", "Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End", or to activate the effect of "Strike Ninja" or "Freed the Brave Wanderer". Nor can you use "Big Burn" when monsters are removed for a condition.

i also think it works against "warrior returns alive" , "dark factory of mass production"
possibly miracle fusion althoughit targets 2 fusion material monsters - it may still be paying a cost to summon....there is a spell card for machine decks that i cant recall too....

Kycoo would be a condition(I believe) and you can't activate big burn when you remove monsters for a condition.Thanks for the help.

It of course works against Book Of Life....which Evil Fiber Jar found aganst me Wed. night <soft chuckle> Thank goodness he was only able to activate it once in our match!

Come to find out that Big Burn did mess up some people Wed. Night. It was fun to play.
