Bizzare Flint Question

Assuming that I have 2 tailor of fickle set, and a flint equipped to a Raging Flame Sprite on my opponent's side. Now my opponent summons another Raging Flame Sprite, and declares an attack with the new RFS. I activate Tailor of Fickle to get the flint onto the new RFS. He then proceeds to attack with the other RFS, which had the Flint on it, again i activate Tailor of Fickle, equipping the Flint back onto that RFS.

now the question is: Can the new RFS, which now has no Flint on it, attack?

Another Flint Question

Another question regarding Flint.

If I have a monster on the field and my opponent has two. One of the two I have equipped Flint to and I tribute the two for Lava Golem, am I able to re-equip Flint to the Laval Golem or do I have to move it to my monster during the act of tributing the equipped monster?

I argued that the tribute (removal of two maonsters and placement of the Laval Golem) is a single step and therefore Laval Golem may be equipped. Am I right?

Thanks.

You can only re-equip Flint if the Monster that was previously equipped with Flint was destroyed. Tribute does not equal "destroyed". Flint no longer has a legal target, and is sent to the Graveyard. Unless you are saying that the monster not tributed on your side has Flint (which it sounds like), and you use Talior of the Fickle to change target.
