Book of Life vs The Transmigration Prophecy

Now, I know that Book of Life does both removing 1 monster in foe's graveyard and special summoning a zombie in your graveyard at the same time.

So when I activate Book of Life and declare the target of a specific zombie, and foe chains Phophecy to send that zombie from grave back to deck, does the RFP monster in the foe's deck still kicks in? (If the player who activated Prophecy didn't decide to return their monster that was being targeted by Book of Life to be RFP back to deck in the first place.)

I guess this is somewhat similar to Book of Life vs CotH. (Which in this case, even if the targeted monster that was going to be removed from play by Book of Life got special summoned to the field, your zombie monster is still special summoned)

Basically, "Book of Life" is an old card with requirements in certain places. There has to be a monster in both Graveyards to be targeted for activation. Once it is, it doesn't matter what happens to either monster, the effect will still resolve as much as possible.
