Situation:

My opponent "Snatch Steals" my Jinzo his turn. Then, in my turn, I draw a Book of Moon, if I use it, does Jinzo come back to me or stay on my opponent´s field? Sorry if it's a too common question, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

Book of Moon & Snatch Steal

I have read this as well - I think in the Ronin Rulings database (download from the Netrepâ„¢ Site).

Edit: You can read an excellent, clear and in-depth analysis of both these cards by downloading the ARRJ2 from Netrep.net.

Same scenario - Your opponent used Snatch Steal to take your Jinzo.

1. If Snatch Steal disappears while Jinzo is face up (MST, Dust Tornado etc), then Jinzo comes back to you, the original owner.

2. If Jinzo is flipped face down by you or your opponent, Snatch Steal disappears as it now no longer has a valid target. The opponent keeps Jinzo, can flip it face-up and use it as his own monster. Of course, when Jinzo is destroyed, it goes back to the original owner's graveyard, like normal.

Can someone elaborate this in technichal terms? If Snatch Steal disappears, why doesn't Jinzo go back to the original owner? Because Book of Moon reset the monster?

Book of Moon a monster after it's been taken with Snatch Steal?

What monster? Do you see a monster? What are it's stats?

It's lost it's way and forgotten who it's owner is. (Poor thing, probably had a troubled childhood)

Seriously though, It would work the same with Falling Down. The only exception to this type of rule I can think of is Change of Heart where the borrowed monster always goes back to it's owner at the end of the turn even if Book of Moon is used on it.

Does this apply to Necrofear/Brain Jacker?

The reason this happens is because Snatch Steal is an Equip card that pulls the monster to my side of the field. It does not say anything about returning the monster.

When the monster is turned face down again, it is reset and the equip card is destroyed and send to the graveyard. Since the monster is reset it doesn't know that it used to have a different controller.

Change of Heart puts a condition on the monster that it will return to the previous controller at the end of the turn so it doesn't matter if it gets turned face down because the condition will apply at the end of the turn. (Why this is different than other conditions which are reset when a monster is turned face down [ie scientist's return to the fusion deck] is a mystery to me).
