Does anyone have any information on this card yet. When it's effect does and doesn't go off and if it is restricted, semi-restricted, or non of the above. I know it hasn't been released in the states yet but I was just wondering.

Hmm... I suppose the main issue is whether or not it'll activate if flipped because of battle.

Normally you can't apply flip effects to monsters already destroyed by damage calculation but the effect says its becomes a equip card so I guess perhaps that damage calculation will occur as normal but right afterwards its attached to an opponent's monster. The only way to stop that would be to destroy it face down or with cards that negate monster effects after getting destroyed in battle (i.e. Dark Ruler Ha Des)

Its effect is good but I highly doubt it merits being restricted because of it.
 
I think it does sth. like targeting itself...
sounds strange... but that could be the reason why it wouldn't equip itself to a monster when it was destroyed as a result of battle, which is just my opinion... *lol*

I think the flip effect will activate, similar to how Penguin Soldier and Man-Eater Bug's effects activate after they have been destroyed as a result of battle, the question will be if it has a "Self-Revival" ability that will bring him back as an equip. That would be a NASTY gotcha. Sure your Jinzo wiped out my Brain Jacker, but now I get him 8^D I doubt this will happen for that reason.

At least Kiseitai stopes the damage calculation and does its duty. Then again, that might be the key difference 8^D

When can we expect this card in English?
 
The actual text of it will appear when you rip open a pack at the sneak preview on Feb. 26th I believe. Before that, I guess it depends on when somebody gets ahold of it. I know last time right before the sneak preview they released some rulings on some of the tricky cards that were coming out to help with judgements. I bet the same will happen for this set.
 
This card will come out whenever the next booster set comes out.

Yeah, Kiseitai negates damage calculation so even if flipped through battle the effect goes through. Jacker doesn't state that in its text so we should probably assume that if destroyed when flipped up, it's effect will NOT go through. Unless they make a ruling saying that it does revives itself to become an eqiup spell card.
