Burial from a Different Dimension

I have a question regarding Dimension Fusion/Return from a Different Dimension and Burial from a Different Dimension. If my opponent has 10 monsters removed from play and 5 open monster slots and selects 5, I can then chain Burial to return 3 to their graveyard.

Now, has the timing passed and they can ONLY summon the other two, or can they still summon more monsters as both state that they can 'summon as many monsters as possible that have been removed from play'?

Neither "Dimension Fusion" nor "Return from the Different Dimension" target the monsters that are removed from play. You pick which monsters will be Special Summoned from whatever you have when either effect resolves.
