Can you use MST on Change of Heart?

MST Does not negate the card it destroys. So if your opponent sets a Change of Heart then yes you can destroy it with an MST. But chaining MST to the activation of Change of Heart will not negate.

The only cards that will be negated by MST are those which need to stay on the field to have their effect, i.e. Equip cards, continuous spell/traps, SoRL, etc...
