creature swap and okha

Example:

My opp gots 2 monsters.

i summon okha without skill drain and tribute.

i kill 1 of the 2 monsters and then i want to swap okha to my opponent...

does okha die at the end phase?

I think that it will be destroyed, but I'm not sure because of the sentence "If YOU Normal Summon..." instead of "When this card is Normal Summoned this way".

It doesnt matter who is the controller of Majestic Mech - Ohka at the End Phase of the turn he was summoned without Tribute. He will be SENT (not destroyed) to the Graveyard per his effect, at End Phase as long as he is face-up on the field.
