Now we all know that anything that targets Spirit Reaper, Spirit Reaper dies instantly.  Horus is not isn't affected by magic in any way. Now my point is that Creature Swap doesn't target because the controller chooses so Spirit Reaper can be switched, since that is true shouldn't the same be said Horus since the magic isn't actually affecting him because it's affecting the controller.
Just when you think your monster is safe........Ring of Destruction :boom:

Creature Swap is a Spell Card.  Face-up Horus LV6 is unaffected by all Spell Card's effects (except "Level Up!", because Tributing LV6 is a cost of activating Level Up! and Horus would no longer be on the field).  You cannot use Creature Swap on Horus LV6 because he is not a legal target.

Look at the rulings for Creature Swap and Non-Spellcasting Area. Lord of D. won't stop Creature Swap because it is not "Targeting" that is why you can swap a Spirit Reaper because he only blows himself up when he is "Targeted". Same with Freed, he only stops "Targeted" spells. Horus LV6 is not affected by any spell card not just "Targeting" spells. Just like having Non-Spellcasting Area on the field protects non-effect monsters from all spell cards.

Just to clarify, the "Spirit Reaper" is not destroyed instantly.

It is destroyed after the entire chain involving it being targetted resolves.

Only for Single Target, if Creature Swap is used on Spirit Reaper, it does not die. Regardless whether is it the one being chosen by the user of Creature Swap or not.

"Creature Swap" does not target because the selections for it are chosen at resolution, not activation.
