Ok, so as far as things go, I love Dark World... I'm glad I came back into the game around the time it was invented. I mean, I stopped around the time the first set of Lvl monsters were released [mystic swordsman, dark mimic, etc.], and got back into it around the release of Cyber Dragon/Dark World/Hero, then quit, and now I am getting back into the game hearing of the release of the new Virus card. During those early days I was the biggest Fiend duelist in my county. I had over 5 variants of Fiend decks, and over three card sleeve pages filled with Ha Des and Necrofears, along with each of my decks having a copy of them without it getting into the way of my extensive collection. Anyway... as I was, Dark World, as knowledgeable of fiends as I am... there is one thing I seem to lack... knowledge of cards that'll activate the effect of my nasty ass Dark World monsters.

Soooo... can someone out there please help me with monster/magic/trap cards that'll activate these little devils effects, and one that'll help trigger Reign-Beaux faster then waitin' for an opponite to flock up.

Hey Johnny, good to see another fiendish duelist in the mix 8^D There aren't as many cards as people like to think to trigger DW since they have to be discarded due to an effect. You best bet would be to go to netrep.net, or use Deck Studio and search for the keyworld "discard" Then you can verify which ones are discarding due to a cost. But outside of the typical ones, my favorites were The Cheerful Coffin and Card Destruction. I'd tell you more, but the coffee hasn't stopped brewing yet. 8^D

"Dark Deal" and "Dark World Lightning" are two cards that were invented to support Dark World monsters. "Dark Deal" works the absolute best, as it ends up being an opponent's card effect that causes your discard (the wording is a little difficult to understand, though - it could have been phrased better). "Dark World Lightning" can still get you a Dark World monster on the field (minus the effect, because it's your own card effect that causes the discard), and it's also better because there's no cost for it so you only lose the "Dark World Lightning" itself if it's negated.

well, i kno of dark deal, dark world lightning, cheerful coffin, and the holy card destruction, and i run them in my dark world virus deck. I am currently workin' on new structure for dark world decks, along w/ reviving some older deck structures, and well... i just want something else to run in them...

hand destruction is a new one to me... discard two cards draw 2... i think and what is lame graceful charity is banned, not really sure why though... and i do believe that would work, damn you konami and your rulein' bs... damn you to hell!

If a celtis de dulga [that water monster that effect makes an opponite discard their hand, and destroy the field after discarding an activated umi] where to be activated would that activate my dark world cards, or is that consider an effect..... wait i think i just answered my own question... sorry 'bout that waste of time... to lazy to hit delete though

Ocean Dragon Lord - Neo-Daedalus? No, that sends the cards, not discards them. Dark World monsters wouldn't activate.

Hand Destruction is send 2 cards, not discard, so it does not activate the effects.

Effects/ Cards that will activate are:
Spells:
Card Destruction
Dark World Dealings
Dark World Lightning
Dragged Down into the Grave
The Cheerful Coffin
Dangerous Machine Type-6
Royal Tribute

Traps:
Fine
Dark Deal
Forced Requisiton
Robbin' Goblin

Monsters:
Morphing Jar
Thestalos, the Firestorm Monarch
Don Zaloog
Spirit Reaper

That is just a few to begin with.

Oh, indeed, "Graceful Charity" does work particularly well with "Dark World" monsters.

They Banned it because it was so good for Dark World. And now that the syncros are out, they may never unban Graceful charity because of how easy a Dark World Syncro deck would own...

And it is lame... i liked that card for my Dark World... the only angel in the bunch...

I have a Dark World/Gravekeeper deck that I am partically proud of. Royal Tribute works really well with Dark World monsters. If you can do it on the first turn, it c an take out most decks.
