Destiny Mirage

Greetings.

1- Can i activate this card when my opponent activates torrential,needle ceiling (or another card of mass destruction) or I just can activate it when it only destroys 1 monster (fissure,smashing)?

2- must I activate this card immediately after my monster is destroyed (main phase 1 for example) or can I wait and activate it later (let's say main phase 2).

Destiny Mirage has the same timing as cards like Chthonian Blast. Except Destiny Mirage can't activate in the Damage Step like Chthonian Blast can. You activate Destiny Mirage after your monster(s) are destroyed. Then you Special Summon all your Destiny Hero monsters as possible that were destroyed and sent to the Graveyard that turn.
