Disappear and Chaos Sorcerer

If I go to remove a light and a dark to summon Chaos Sorcerer, can my opponent activate Disappear to remove one of them from play and prevent Chaos Sorcerer from being special summoned? I'm pretty sure that the answer is no, based on the Bazoo/Disappear ruling, but I want to be sure.

I was playing a guy the other day who was teching two copies of Disappear, and was using it for all kinds of things, and I think he got carried away...

No, because removing a Light and Dark monster from your Graveyard is a cost to summon Chaos Sorcerer. Costs have no spell speed and can't be chained too.

There is no Bazoo the Soul-Eater v.s. Disappear ruling that I know of. The only ruling that I've seen is them both in a Necrovalley ruling; which is about something completely different.

That's what I thought. As for Bazoo/Disappear, click on the link for Disappear. This is ruling #2:

"Bazoo the Soul Eater" removes a monster in the Graveyard as a cost, so you cannot chain "Disappear" to the effect of "Bazoo the Soul Eater" to negate it. The monster is already removed from play before you can activate "Disappear".

You can still chain Disappear to Bazoo the Soul-Eater's effect, just can't remove one of the monsters used to pay for Bazoo's effect.

Also, you cannot interrupt a summon with the effect of a Quick-Play or Trap Card. You must activate effects BEFORE your opponent attempts to summon, or AFTER, but not inbetween.
