divine wrath and drillroid

when drillroid attacks a face down defense posotion monster when would be the correct time to activate divine wrath to negate drillroid 's effect, would the attack target be flipped up or before the attack target is flipped up. thanks i hope this question makes sense

The correct time would be during SubStep 2 of the Damage Step, right after the defending monster is flipped face-up.

So if the defending monster had a Flip Effect, it would activate.

that is the way i ruled it yesterday at our local, but wanted to make sure because i couldnt find anything on drillroid and divine wrath on ronin. thanks
