Do Multiple Unity's stack?

Phantom6

Blues.EXE
If I play Unity on, say a Aztec statue with a field of two other Aztecs, An Exxod and a Giant Soldier of Stone.

Bringing the Aztec statue to a total of 12000 Def points.

If I play two more Unity's would that make it's Def 32000?

Or would the effects not stack?

No....THAT ^points to your quote^ would be cheating...lol. See, you even quoted me saying 7200. I don't know WHERE you thought I said 7100.....**<runs away>**

Yes, and that little:

at the end of my post might suggest otherwise. You even bigger cheat, you.

It's most likely a glitch in the online game.
<shrug> Maybe. OTOH, there have been enough recent changes to the UDE rulings that bring them in line with how the online game plays (Apprentice Magician is only the latest) to make it seem as likely that the problem is actually a mistranslation of the effect on the UDE cards. All it would take is leaving off the word "original" before the word "DEF".

That would be truly odd, since they go on to make specific reference to the "original DEF" becoming something else in the second part of the text.

I could see it being a text issue if original DEF was only supposed to be used once.

Either way its interesting

since most cards that involve stat mods now actually state "original" when that's what they look at, may leave Unity to simply add on to what's there at the time it's used.... meaning stackability IMHO. Unity does not discern "current" or "original" meaning it may simply take whatever number it is currently at depending on target. Just don't target a "spell-immune" monster with it lol
