Dragged Down into the Grave + Dark World

Does Dragged Down into the Grave work with the Dark Realm monsters? I have a feeling it doesn't, but a definative answer would be great.

Also, is there a list somewhere of cards that do work with Dark Realm?

Well it does. Some other cards that work are The Cheerful Coffin, Dark World Lightning, Card Destruction, Dark Deal (When changing the effect), Morphing Jar, etc.

Just remember that if it ISN'T a cost (e.g. if discarding isn't at the beginning of the paragraph) then it is an effect, and works with Dark Realmies... Which would seem to contradict that DDitG is in fact an effect, BUT it is ALL effect, no cost at all. This can be inferred because your opponent never has to pay a cost of your card, so you know that their discarding can't be a cost.

Also, because it doesn't occur at activation...

Ya but with the discard NOT being the last thing happening with that card... wouldnt the Dark World monsters miss their timing?, hence NOT getting their effect????

Dark World Monsters are not a "Optional Effect", so they can't miss their timing.
