CRV-EN040 - "Dragon's Mirror"
Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Dragon-Type Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon).
POTD-EN042 - "Overload Fusion"
Remove from play, from your side of the field or your Graveyard, Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a DARK Machine-Type Fusion Monster Card, and Special Summon that 1 Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Fusion Summon.)
These two cards have nearly word for word identical effects, so surely they should share the same rulings. Specifically the ruling Dragon's Mirror has that says:
"Dragon's Mirror" is a card that targets monsters, either on the field and/or in the Graveyard.
This is an issue when it comes to Cyber Phoenix which negates the effects of spells or traps which target 1 machine-type monster on your side of the field, if Cyber Phoenix was on the field, and was the only target on the field of Overload Fusion, Cyber Phoenix would negate the fusion summon if Overload Fusion did indeed 'target' it.
Am I right or am I missing something?
