FLIP Controllers, any way to use them defensively?

The question is that if I have a set Rafflesia Seduciton or Jowls of Dark Demise and my opponent attacks it, I get to take control of one monster on their side but what can I do with it?

More than likely this would only be useful if they have more than one monster that hasn't attacked yet or if I have Mystic Wok set.

Other than Mystic Wok, I couldn't think of any other traps or quick-plays that would make a set Rafflesia or Jowls useful.

Are there any other ways to make a defense set of Rafflesia or Jowls useful? Or are they really only best when flipped up on your turn?

how about a raffle/jowls + enemy controller + mystic wok combo. rafle/jowls a monster controller another one then wok it. two monsters gone and more life points to boot.

Apart from that i got nothin'

You could also have a set Ultimate Offering and after taking control of your opponent's monster, activate UO and tribute the opponent's monster for one of your own. Flip Jowls, take opponent's monster, tribute for Zaborg, kill opponent's other monster (if there are two)...clear field for next turn.
