Hi folks,
Here i got another nice question for u:
Player A got a face down Enemy Controller has a face-up Kycoo on his side of the field. Player B got a Sacegoat Token and a face down Mirror Force. Now Player A wants to attack with his Kycoo, turning the Token in Attack-Mode to inflict 1800Dmg. Is he able to place his EC so, that Player B isnt able to activate Mirror Force ?

No, he can't.

When you declare an attack the opponent first has the choice to do something against it, in this case activating Mirror Force.

Regardless of who activates first, since there was a procedural error here, but ANYWAY, Mirror Force would still have correct timing.

Just like you can activate Torrential Tribute after turn player has used priority to use the effect of a monster he just summoned, you may activate Mirror Force in a chain to an effect activated at the start of the battle step.
