goblin attack force vs. labyrinth of nightmare

When this card attacks, it is changed to Defense Position at the end of the Battle Phase. This position cannot be changed during your next turn.

Labyrinth of Nightmare:
During the End Phase of each turn, change the Battle Position of all face-up monsters on the turn player's side of the field.

so,if i attack with G.A.F. and L.O.M is on the field,G.A.F. ends up being
in attack position,right?

yes this is because it was of another effect GAF effect means a manual position change.

The Line in Goblin Attack force refers to manuel Changes, they still can be changed by card effect. So Labyrinth of Nightmare would Change a DEF mode Goblin Attack Force to Attack or Attack Position Goblin Attack force to DEF.

Most people use Final Attack Orders with Goblin Attack Force
