Grave Lure vs Drop Off

I know that when you draw a quick play, you can activate it before the opponent wants to activate Drop Off.

My question is, if you draw the card that's face up because of Grave Lure, can you activate it when it's a quickplay?

I don't think so, because Grave Lure says "immediately", but I want to be sure about it.

Not exactly. The rulig is:

If a Quick-Play Spell Card is drawn, the opponent may activate it in a chain to "Drop Off" and the effect of "Drop Off" will Disappear since the drawn card is no longer in the opponent's hand.

Hard to be sure, because in the Drop Off case, your chaining to Drop Off. Grave Lure is a lingering effect that cannot be chained to. I'm leaning towards saying you shoudld be able to, since you would have priority on your turn before any lingering effects from cards your opponent controled could resolve. "Immediatly" doesn't quite mean what you think it means in this game. Effects always have to wait for resolution and timing.
