If guardian sphinx or swarm of locusts are summon and my oponnet respond activing trap hole for destroy this card. I can use your second effect to flipped in face-down position for negate trap hole?

also, FYI, when you flip Guardian Sphinx manually, you lose priority to flip it face-down because it's "quasi-flip" effect starts a new chain, and you cannot chain a Spell Speed 1 Ignition effect to another Spell Speed 1 Ignition effect (verbose).
