Heart of Clear Water AND Ekibyo Drakmord

Player A Equips Player B's Monster of attack of less than 1300 with Ekibyo Drakmord. Then Player B Equips the same monster card with Heart of Clear Water. What happens the second turn after Ekibyo Drakmord was played?

What about if the cards were played in the reverse order?

The Ekibyo will attempt to destroy the monster at the Appropriate time, the destruction will not occur due to Heart of Clear Water so the monster will remain equipped with both cards and will not be able to attack. No further counting of turns will happen unless control of the equipped monster changes or the Ekibyo is moved to another monster.
