Horus LV 6 and Degenerate Circuit

Will Horus LV 6 be affected by the effect of Degenerate Circuit? If I activate Compulsory Device and bounce Horus back to my opponent's hand, will the effect of Degenerate Circuit remove it from play?

Okay, Horus is not unaffected by Trap Cards, is he? And he has no affect in hand, does he? So once he leaves the field, isnt he a card returning to hand?

Just like Elemental Hero Wildheart, if he is destroyed or Tributed to the Graveyard while Macro Cosmos is active, he will still be removed from play, so would Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6 with Degenerate Circuit if he is returned to hand.

True, he must be face up on the field for his effect to work. Thanks.
