Player1 takes control of 1 face-down monster with Change of Heart from Player2's field. Player1 flips Horus Lv6 face-up that was taken from Player2's field while face-down.

Question

Is Horus Lv6 unaffected by Change of Heart's condition?

Going by the rulings of Legendary Fisherman, yes, but probably not in the way you are hoping. If Horus 6 is flipped face-up after being affected by Change of Heart, it will immediately return to the control of the original player as it can no longer be affected by Change of Heart.

So, a face down Horus LV6 taken with CoH and then flipped face up would revert back to its original controller since it is no longer affected by CoH.

Nothing would happen because Horus LV6 was face-down when the effect resolved. Control would remain with Horus being swapped to the opponent.

Change of Heart place a condition on the face-down card that it would return to the original controller at the End Phase of the turn. If it was Mataza the Zapper or Horus LV4, or Blindly Loyal Goblin, and you flipped either of these monsters face-up, they cannot change control by effects when face-up, so they would nullify the return portion of Change of Heart, and remain under the control of the opponent as long as they are face-up on the field.

Thank you all, I was under the impression that Horus Lv6 would return back during the End Phase because Horus Lv6 cannot prevent conditions.

I didn't know the moment Horus Lv6 is flipped face-up, it returns immediatley because Change of Heart could no longer affect it, because Change of Heart had already resolved but it still lingers.

I learned something today
