Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV 6 vs Spell Cards

I was just wondering about something on "Horus the Black Flame Dragon LV6", where it states in the card text,
"As long as this card remains face up and your side of the field, it is unaffected by an spell cards..."
Now the thing that I was wondering about it, was that, does this mean that it is unaffected by all spell cards,
or just ones that target it. IE, if i activate Swords of Revealing Light, or Level Limit - Area B, can LV6 still attack through
Swords, or stay in attack mode through Level Limit? Also would the effects of Smashing Ground work on it?

I am sorry if a question like this has been posted before, but I was very curious as too see this ruling, as in many tourneys
i went to, there were split decisions.

If anyone could please help out on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks again.

It is immune to ALL spell cards.  So it can attack through LL-AB and Swords.  It will also not die from a Smashing Ground.  Cards that are only immune to targeted effects will say so, i.e. Freed TMG.

This question has had to have been asked at least 4 times in a 7 day time span.  Horus LV6 is unaffected by:

Dark Hole, Hammershot, Fissure, Smashing Ground, Vengeful Bog Beast, Raigeki, Stumbling, Swords of Revealing Light, Offerings to the Doom, Snatch Steal, Change of Heart, Creature Swap, Level Limit Area - B, Ectoplasmer, Enemy Controller, Book of Moon, Dark Core, Different Dimension Gate, Dimensionhole.

There are more, but these are the Main ones to be concerned with.

One more quick question. I took this new information to a local tourney, and no one believed me about this! They said that i wasnt telling the truth and that netrep doesnt give out offical rulings or something. Is there anyway that this infromation can be posted on the netrep card database rulings or upperdeck's yugioh site?

Just wondering as no one believes me, and my horus deck is sucking now. x_x

thanks

The information they told you is nothing more than what is printed on the card, the UDE FAQ (which is public access) and the Judges mailing list (again public access). Feel free to hit all three and print out what you need.

The judges in S'pore should just visit the UDE sites since they don not understand Japan's Konami and their ruling are wrong ALL THE TIME!!!!!!! :x

*apologize for the off-topic here but I feel this has to be said*

:-o

:argh:

The Konami rulings don't make sense, but the UDE ones do?

Honestly, you need to follow the rulings for your particular area. Since it seems like you have the Japanese based cards in your neck of the wood, your rulings should follow what Konami of Japan put out. The UDE rulings for other regions of the world a) do not cover all the cards that Konami of Japan do since those cards are not available outside of the Japan region b) the text that you have on your card may be different than the text on ours so the ruling won't be the same and c) There are cases where the rulings are just simply different ("Dark Necrofear")
