How Do I Become A Judge(Dont Know Where Else To Put)

if i posted this in the wrong place, i am sorry. i want to know how i become a level one yu-gi-oh judge. Some of my freinds are level one judges, but they took thier test so long ago they are sure the method has changed. can anyone help me out?

Well, you should have used the search feature to find an old post about this. I'm sure it has been asked; however, you need to get with the priemer TO's in your area and set up a time you can judge and event with them and they have a LV 3 Judge working and see if he will test you. THis is the prefered way.

Others may give you the back door way (if still open). They prefer you not do it that way.

The only way to become a Judge is to actually start judging events. That means you need to contact your local TO and see if you can start working for them.

Passing any rules knowledge test does not make you a Judge. It just means you've passed a rules knowledge test. Most TOs will want you to have taken and passed the Level 1 rules knowledge test for the game in which you wish to judge before they'll let you work for them.

For Yugioh, email judge@upperdeck.com and request the link to the Level 1 Yugioh! TCG Rules Knowledge Test.

Give them some time and they'll hopefully send it to you.

Also (if I'm not mistaken), for a tournament to be UDE-legal, the TO must've passed the TO Level 1 test AND the Head Judge must've passed Rules Knowledge Level 1 of the game.
