I'm not sure if this was posted before...but i have a question with Vampire Lord

when u suck up a Vampire Lord with a Thousand-Eyes Restrict, and ur thousand eyes restrict is destroyed, does Vampire Lord still come back to your opponents side of the field on his/her standby phase? or is this a dumb question i can find out by clicking on one of them?

1. If "Vampire Lord" is destroyed while equipped to "Relinquished", he won't be Special Summoned, no matter who controls him or who destroyed him.

the rulings say all. The same applies to Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys.

Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys ruling #10: If "Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys" is destroyed while it is not a Monster Card, such as when it is equipped to "Relinquished" or "Sword Hunter", its effect does not activate and it is not Special Summoned.
