IOC-040 D. D. Borderline

D. D. Borderline
Continuous Spell

When there are no Spell Cards in your Graveyard, neither player can conduct their Battle Phase.

Alright, there are no rulings for this card. I think that this card, when combined with support like Chaosrider Gustaph and Banisher of the Light, makes for a very powerful stall card. Anyway, that's about it, because I absolutely have too mush to do today. ;)

Overall: 4.75/5 In the right deck

Wind decks have a lot of "overlooked" monsters that players tend to not think of as wind. Spears and Slates come to mind

My favorite thing to do is to play a magic card when D.D. Borderline is already out on the field, then play Pixie Knight facedown.

Opponent attacks, I get said magic card back, battle phase ends, opponent gets angry.

Hidden Book of Spell is effective if you're running a few more Spells than you should be, but they're terrible topdecks.
