When there are no Spell Cards in your Graveyard, neither player can conduct their Battle Phase.

Alright, there are no rulings for this card. I think that this card, when combined with support like Chaosrider Gustaph and Banisher of the Light, makes for a very powerful stall card. Anyway, that's about it, because I absolutely have too mush to do today.

Chaosrider Gustaph and Banisher of the Light are obvious choices here. And Soul Release targetting the necessary Spell cards.

One thing people don't think about. Chaosrider Gustaph . . .in a WIND deck.

Wind decks have a lot of "overlooked" monsters that players tend to not think of as wind. Spears and Slates come to mind

My favorite thing to do is to play a magic card when D.D. Borderline is already out on the field, then play Pixie Knight facedown.

Opponent attacks, I get said magic card back, battle phase ends, opponent gets angry.

Hidden Book of Spell is effective if you're running a few more Spells than you should be, but they're terrible topdecks.

My stall combo with this card:
D.D.Borderline + Recycle = No attack anytime soon.

It works great in my burn deck.

I don't like Chaosrider Gustaph. Maxium attack after remove spell cards is 2000 I think.

Beside Recycle, Hidden Spell Book could be use as well.

D.D. Border Line is more powerful than Gravity Bind, Messenger of Peace, Level Limit - Area B. It limited all monster can't attack. However, two drawbacks are you can't attack too + your graveyard need to be spell-free.

What the odd that your graveyard didn't have any spell cards?
