i've been wanting to try the judges test for a long time now...but cant get into system- the problem is that we all use the same email..i have never had a "password" to go with ude #...so when i try to log in without and go to "forgot..." rather than entering ude # it wants email...so the automated system sends my son password & his ude #...even writing to them (player@...) i get the same auto response - apparently no one actually reads the emails....because i just get the same reply over and over...i cant seem to break the circle.... any suggestions? i've tried every month or two for over a year....

Oh my, yeah that's a difficult situation. My suggestion is for you to e-mail judge@ rather than player@ and see if you get any better response, explain your situation.
If you still get no remedy to the situation then your best bet is to go to an event where Rune Horvik is at the judge testing station. He's the guy who can clear any and all computer database problems up in a flash, from multiple UDE numbers, to judge levels, to passwords and site access. Rune has been at every GenCon in the last three years so GenCon is your best bet for that.
