Kiseitai vs MST or Change of Heart

Hello

I have a Kiseitai but I have two questions on usage. Could someone please advise?

Scenario 1
My opponent attacks my face-down Kiseitai and Kiseitai then becomes equipped to my opponent's monster on his side of the field. Can Kiseitai then be destroyed by a Mystical Space Typhoon?

What happens if my opponent's Spell and Trap zone already has 5 cards in it? Is Kiseitai simply destroyed without having its effect?


Scenario 2
My opponent uses Change of Heart to take one of my monsters. He then attacks my facce-down Kiseitai with my monster. That monster then becomes equipped with Kiseitai. At the end of the turn, my monster comes back to me.

Does Kiseitai come with it? If so, does my opponent then gain half my equipped monster's life points at each of my Standby Phases?

Once again, what happens if I do not have any vacant Spell & Trap spaces when this monster comes back to me?

His effect still resolves, except when he tries to attach to the monster, it was not allowed to because there is no space for him, so he is simply sent to the GY. No damage calculation is counducted.

Your monster comes back to you. The Kiseitai is still equiped to that monster and is still occupying one of your opponent's spell/trap zone. You still get the LP gain during your opponent's standby phase.

Kiseitai will not occupy your spell/trap zone.

When your opponent attacks your f/d Kiseitai it becomes an Equip Spell card. You, the CONTROLER, will ALWAYS place your Equip Spell cards in YOUR Spell/Trap zone, even when equiping to an opponent's monster.

Kiseitai goes in YOUR spell trap zone.

If you have no room in that zone, the Damage Calculations are still canceled, but Kiseitai is sent to the Graveyard rather than equipping to your opponent's monster.

If your opponent controls one of your monsters and attacks your face-down mosnter, it get's interesting. Note the text of Kiseitai:

When your opponent's monster attacks this card in face-down Defense Position, the attacking monster is equipped with this card (damage calculations are canceled). Treat this card as an Equip Spell Card. During each of your opponent's Standby Phases, increase your Life Points by half of the ATK of the monster equipped with this card.

When the controled monster attacked Kiseitai it was your Opponent's, so Kiseitai resolves as normal. You place Kiseitai in your S/T zone, equiping it to the attacking monster. Then, at the end of the turn, the monster returns to your control.

If that equiped monster is still face-up on the field and still equiped with Kiseitai, durring each of your opponent's Standby Phases you increase your Life Points by half of the ATK of that mosnter. Kiseitai doesn't actually require that your opponent maintain control of the monster.

Most of this could have been answered if you had checked the Advanced Research Rulings Journal. I happen to know it well because I was judging tournaments back when Magic Ruler came out. When Kiseitai hit the game (PSV) it caused a lot of confusion. In fact, any time some blowhard started telling me how much he knew about the game, I would ask him to solve the resolution of your own monster, controled by Change of Heart, attacking your own face-down Kiseitai. Few could correctly explain it.
