If Final Attack Orders is on the field and I hit my opponent's face down Legendary Jujitsu Master, is my monster still bounced, even though LJM is no longer in defense at the damage step?

His effect takes place when he is flipped face-up in the Damage Step.
The ruling for Kiseitai leaves out quite a bit when referring to Brain Jacker.
Brain Jacker attacked face-down must survive in order to use his effect. Attacked by Mystic Swordsman LV2 or Sasuke Samurai, he won't make it to Damage Calculation.
Kiseitai must also remain on the field in order to use his effect. If he is attacked and destroyed by effect instead of Battle, he does not equip.

Kiseitai doesn't make it to the damage step in the first place. It's effect activates in the attack step.
Kiseitai and Brain Jacker are complety different

In any case, Kisetai cancels Damage Calculation, not the Damge Step. So it will never be destroyed by battle. Drilloid would destroy a Defence Mode Kisetai because Kisetai is not immune to effect destruction.
