Levia Dragon & Emergency Provisions

Hi,

I was wondering if I could chain Emergency Provisions to Levia Dragon's effect. Provided I have existing spell/trap cards on my side of the field of course.

Levia-Dragon - Daedalous
Send "Umi" on your side of the field to the Graveyard to destroy all cards on the field except this card.

Emergency Provisions
Send Spell or Trap Cards on your side of the field to the Graveyard to increase your Life Points by 1000 points per card. This card is excluded.

Please advise.

Just a reminder, if you are the one activating "Levia Dragon"'s effect, you send "Umi" to the Graveyard as a cost to activate his effect, so you can't send "Umi" to the Graveyard again for "Emergecy Provision"'s effect, but you can still send your other Set Spell, Set Traps, and Continuous Cards to the Graveyard for EP's effect.

So I can't increase my life points for "Umi" but can for any other spell/traps right?
