Can i use the effect of this card in the end phase?

The reason being, is that manually activated effects of face-up Continuous Spell Cards are generally Spell Speed 1, unless otherwise noted (e.g. the card says it can be activated at different times). In that case, it can only be activated during a Main Phase, the phase where the manual activation of Spell Speed 1 effects are limited to.
