ok i have a question regarding Mirage of Nightmare, if a player plays MON and draws his/her cards from MON's effect and he draws a Watapon. Question(s) does he special summon the watapon from his/her hand? if so, isn't he required to draw an additional card because the text on MON says he/she has to draw cards until his hand has 4 cards??? AND how many cards does he discard because of MON effect???

Mirage of Nightmare's effect would resolve first because it is a continuous effect. Then Watapon would Special Summon itself to the field.

So if you drew 4 cards, 2 of the 4 was Watapon, the you resolve Mirage of Nightmare first as stated by Digital Jedi. The you may special summon 2 Watapon during that same Standby-Phase.
During your Standby-Phase, you'll have 3 cards due to your Draw Phase you must discard 4, but since you have 3 at this point, you must discard all unless your lucky enough to draw Emergency Provisions/Mystical Space Typhoon to send/destroy Mirage of Nightmare first.
ok i get what your saying but lets say for instance that i have 2 cards already in my hand and i play Mirage of Nightmare and i draw 2 more cards because of its effect. and the 2 cards happen to be watapnos. i special summon both!!!! now can i draw 2 more cards because technically havent drawn ALL OF MY "4 CARDS" from Mirage of Nightmare effect?
As soon as you dreww the two Watapons you fulfilled Mirage's requierments. You don't get to draw two more.
Nothing interupts the first effect of Mirage of Nightmare. Any effects trying to intervene will take place after MON has already resolved.

During your opponent's Standby Phase you will draw two cards ('Watapons'), you now have 4 cards in your hand (no matter what the cards are), satisfying 'Mirage of Nightmare' (no more cards will be drawn). Since you now have 4 cards in your hand, and 'Mirage of Nightmare' has resolved, you would now Special Summon the two 'Watapons' to the field. During your turn, you draw a card normally, then during your Standby Phase you would have to randomly discard 2 cards to the Graveyard, since you drew 2 cards before. You would now only have 1 card in your hand, provided you did not lose any during your opponent's turn.
