Ok people how often have you opened a pack and found something strange about a card. I havent come across too many strange things except a few cards with gold names and a couple of misprints where the main card body (everything inside the border) is off. Sometimes dramatically off. So how many misprints have you run across and how bad were they?

Somewhere in my collection, (I can't remember where because I alphabetized it like an idiot) is a card with no name. I can't remember the name so I can't find it in my alphabetized system. <Goes to make smiley that slaps itself in the face>

try in m for mad dog of darkness. Seems a fair few people got the with no ame. That or f for fiend megacyber. i saw one or two without a name.

Nope. Not there either. I'm pretty sure it was along those lines those. Like him or one of the Dogs Marron. I might have put it in my "to be sorted pile", which is really a tin of stuff I haven't gotten aroud to.

lets see....

I have the Mad dog of Darkness with no name....

Ive come across a few Print-Test Cards.... in my day

I own a very rare item.... A print test card in holofoil... its the same as a regular one... but its all shiny.. ooooo... ahhhh

ive come across cut-offs... (where a card is too long or short.. or has too much edge)

i have that MRD Harpy Lady, the one that missed the censoring lol,

i also have some 1st Ed. LOB cards... if anyone remembers that... the english cards with the Japanese Backs lol

Dude mine only really takes up a first aid kit box with enuogh space for two VS starter decks two of my yugioh decks and my other 4 decks i use are in a booster tin with my rares in a small binder.

Oh, I guess I should mention that I'm only talking about my Yu-Gi collection. My VS collection is another matter entirely. I may have to do like DJP and set them up in a series of file cabinets. I'm just wondering how you make that work. Special cabinets, maybe?

While not the prettiest things, if you look at my picture of "the drawer" in another thread, that's just a plastic drawer chest from Bed, Bath and Beyond with a whole lotta cardboard and masking tape for the custom dividers. They fit cards perfectly.

You can make them look nicer, and "version 1" did. This time I didn't spend as much time making it look pretty, just functional.

I've pulled a totally white card from LON, White on front, white on back. I kept the receipt because i couldn't beleive i pulled it. Other things i've pulled:

5 holo test print
13 common test print
A Box worth of no name rares.
No-name Secret Gemini elf
Double stamped offset princess of Tsurgi
Countless crimped cards.

The oddest thing I traded for are 3 ultimate rares without the ultimate.

I currently have a collection of misprints that fills at least 50 9-card pages, Some are double sided.

That said, I will trade for misprints ....

I have quite a few misprints but the oddest one is an Airknight where the top inch of the card looks just like the ultra test print card with the name stamped on it, no ink fills it just a stamping.

ive come across some1 useing Scared Phoniex , eveything is normal but it has Newdoria (gold lettering also) as its name.Fet Ultra
hehe thought about useing one of those and a real 1 in a deck .see i have 1 newdoria and a Pheonix-legal right?

I have a ct1? i think thats the series command knight with super rare foil but secert name, i also have a bunch of of dp2 common and rares with their edition symbol in the top left hand corner of the card, i also once upon a time(no idea if i still have it) had a michizure with the indentation for a rare card, but no rare print

I just got a Silent Swordsman Lv5 (Can't remember if the code was EEN or FET right now.) that is fine except for the Name lettering at the top. If you tilt it back and forth you can see the indention the stamp made, there was just no ink. Just a blank box with the normal mottled-background.
