Monsters with 0 ATK

Some questions about monsters with 0 ATK

1. Let's say I have a card with 0 ATK face-up on my side of the field. For example, Chaos Necromancer. The card shows a 0 for ATK, but his effect gives him ATK power. If my opponent plays a card like Fissure, and I have say Wall of Illusion face-up in Defense mode and 5 monsters in my Graveyard giving my Necromancer 1500 ATK, which monster is destroyed? In other words, is it the original ATK of Necromancer (0, right?) or the 1500 because of his effect that is taken into consideration to resolve Fissure?

2. Great Maju Garzett also has a 0 for ATK according to the card, but gets double the ATK of the tributed monster. So again, if Fissure is activated with Great Maju Garzett (with an ATK of 3000 because of the effect) and Dark Necrofear on the field, which monster is destroyed?

Some other 0 ATK monsters that come to mind that get ATK based on effect are The Agent of Force - Mars, Goblin King, Relinquished, Thousand-Eyes Restrict, to name a few.

And what if a monster has lessened ATK because of some other effect? Which ATK is taken into consideration when something like Fissure is activated - the original ATK or the ATK after effects are taken into consideration?

And also (lots of questions, lol), what about cards with a "?" for ATK? Like Maju Garzett, Gren Maju Da Eiza, etc? How are their ATKs taken into consideration?

I know I've asked a lot, but any help on these matters is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

1.Wall of Illusion (Dlanaan posted the reasoning)

2Dark Necrofear

always go by the current attack including all modifiers, unless instructed to go by the original attack.

Well, their attack is decided by their effect, as The Posters Above Me have stated. If their effect is not deciding their attack, their base attack is considered 0 on the field. ONLY if they are on the field (i.e. cannot be searched by Sangan).

-LOL, yes, you can. It Gren Maju Da Eiza only gets it's power boost while on the field. I know this by extrapolating the ruling on mystic tomato/chaos necroancer

-cards like fissure and the like do not say "original attack" therfore they check for the current attack. This is the reasoning behind what the others said.

You cannot get Gren Maju with UFO Turtles effect even if you know what his attack would be because he cannot be searched by attack/defense stats.

His attack would naturally be "0" if there are no cards removed, but that is only for purposes of damage calculation, otherwise it is unknown because it is a "?" for the attack. No card can search for a "?" attack/defense in your deck.
