Machiner's Force

This card cannot be Normal Summon. This card can only be special summon by the effect of [Commander Coviton]. If a player does not pay 1000 lifepoints, this card cannot attack. When this card is send to Graveyard from the field, special summon one of each [Machiner's Soldier], [Machiner's Sniper], and [Machiner's Defenser] from your Graveyard.

(Don't know the others mentioned in the text but I'm sure they're somewhere in Japan)

I dont know of any w/out an effect but I know two more that are more powerful than this machine:

Master of Dragon Knight

"Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon"+"Black Luter Soldier"
This monster gains 500 ATK and DEF for each Dragon Type monster on the Field and in both players graveyard.
(Not sure if this can only be fusion summoned or not)

Cannot be Sepecial Summoned exept by Fusion summmoning. Can only be attacked by Light Monsters.
 
Considering the fact the more and more Fusions of the last time have the issue 'this card can only be Special Summoned by a Fusion Summon', I'd say they will have it. Or maybe worse, 'This card cannot be Special Summoned except by a Fusion Summon'.
 
Well I was mainly looking at NON-Fusion monsters with their original printed ATK on the card. Any non-fusions breaching 3000 is rare as it is. So seeing one that posted THAT high... I just had to say something about it.
 
There are plenty of Non-Fusion monsters with higher attack than BEUD. Also many of these cards are mainly effects. However, to most people that really isn't significant because the effects are usually better (e.g.-Cyber End Dragon). In addition to that remember, that no other normal monster has higher attack than BEWD (favorite monster) or BEUD.

Master of Oz has 4200 and has no effect. Althought it is a fusion monster, there's nothing else printed on the card text other than the fusion monsters,I assume that is a normal monster with higher ATK than BEWD.

And Can be used like a beast version of the Cyber-Stein + Cyber Twin Dragon + limiter rermoval combo: Cyber-Stein + Master of Oz + Wild nature release= 7900 damage, plus the attack of cyber stein. Also killer thought.
 
Shinato has a higher attack with awesome effects.

Sorceror of Dark Magic (or whatever the movie Magician's name is)
 
Yes they're higher than the BEWD, but I'm mainly referring to THE biggest critter out there (in English mainly), Blue Eyes ULTIMATE Dragon. Shinato breaks the 3000 barrier but as a ritual kinda falls under fusion that the attacks there are more often "immune" to the 3k ceiling.
 
Well, actually in reference to normal monsters (The Masked Beast is the most powerful ritual normal monster-used by one of Marik's Ghouls/Rare Hunters). It has an attack of 3200. I really don't look too much at effects, because the Yu-Gi-Oh OCG/TCG makes more and more broken effect monsters with higher and higher attacks.

Once during your turn, you may sacrifice a monster on your field; this card's attack strength would be increase by the original attack of that monster until the End Phase of the turn.
Ultra/Ultimate Rare.

I give cred to Pojo. But two of These have higher attack then BEUD and Pwn everything else. Shaod of Infintiy is next and these 3 are sick. Cool.
 
Originally they are 3000 ATK, 4000 ATK, and 4000 ATK on summon. BEUD is still 4500 with no effect. And Uria's stats on card are 0/0 originally. Nothing modifies its "original" attack, just that the modified attack is equal to number of continuous traps in the graveyard.
 
I know you are talking about normal monsters, but do you know wich one is the strongest???? ....of course including effect monsters.
 
Granted among fusions UFOroid Fighter has great potential and almost limitless possibilities to its "original ATK", but except for other Fusions in the OCG like FGD and Master of Dragon Knight, I don't see any with an actual printed ATK yet higher than BEUD at least in the TCG. But seeing that one monster that is not a fusion that beat BEUD on printed ATK.... all I could think was WOW that's huge.
