My Body as a Shield and other fun things

I have a few questions regarding My Body as a Shield and the way it works against other cards. I think one of the main things that I am asking is, if a monster is summoned does that mean the monster is "activated"?

1. If my opponent tribute summons Goldd, since it has an effect that can destroy monsters is the timing right for my body as a shield?

2. If my opponent plays premature and picks Zaborg can I activate my body as a shield? what about when Zaborg is summoned?

3. If it is the case that you use my body as a shield when the card is summoned, then if exiled force is summoned and the turn player retains priority to use exiled effect, then my body as a shield will not be able to be activated, correct?

1. First off, Goldd will NOT destroy monsters when tribute summoned. Only if it is special summoned after being discarded from the hand by an opponent's card effect will it return with the effect of destroying two cards on the field.

2. Zaborg is only a 2400 ATK monster when it is special summon with Premature Burial or Call of the Haunted. It is only when it is tribute summoned successfully that it gets the effect of destroying one monster on the field.

3. My Body as a Shield will not destroy Exiled Force as it's already in the graveyard when it's effect activates, but My Body will negate the effect of destroying a monster on the field.

Basically, no. With that said, you may be able to guess the answers to your questions. But I'll answer them anyway.

Certainly not. Goldd, Wu-Lord of Dark World only gets its effect when discarded from the hand to the Graveyard by an (opponent's) card effect. Tribute Summoning it will not activate any of its effects.

Certainly not. Zaborg the Thunder Monarch's effect only activates when Tribute Summoned, and you're Special Summoning it with Premature Burial.

When Zaborg the Thunder Monarch is Tribute Summoned, yes, you can activate My Body as a Shield.

When a player Tributes Exiled Force for its effect, the opponent can activate My Body as a Shield to negate the effect of Exiled Force. However, it will only negate the effect, since it can't destroy the card because it's already in the Graveyard.
